When can I expect to receive my produce?
It will take around 7-9* business days. We grow the micro-greens only after your orders are confirmed as we want to serve the best to our customers. You will be informed once your order is ready to be collected/delivered.

Do I need to wash/clean the microgreens before eating?
Yes, you will need to wash the microgreens before eating. We do not wash our micro after harvesting. It will reduce the shelf life.
What is the best way to clean it?
You can add some edible vegetables washing liquid to the soaking. Alternatively, you can use salt in the soak (a few pinches). Cleaning will remove dirt, and the seed whole that attached during harvesting.
How long do I need to soak the microgreens?
Soak it for 5 - 10 minutes with salt.
What are seed whole?
Seed wholes are husks from the microgreen. Not all microgreen has seeds whole. Microgreens that has seeds whole are: sunflower, radish, and pak choi from our produce.
Why don’t we remove the seed whole after harvesting?
During the growing stage, we constantly removed the seeds whole to encourage growth of the microgreens. However, there will be a small proportion that will be left behind. We will not be removing the smaller seeds whole such as those found in radish and pak choi.
Can I eat the seed whole?
Yes, only the smaller seed whole such as radish, pak choi.
Why some microgreens shows yellowish tips on the leaves?
This is due to the seed whole that was not completely detached during growing stage. However, it will not impact the quality of the produce.
How long can I keep the microgreen?
Maximum 1 to 2 weeks in the produce storage of the fridge. Best consume within 10 days after the harvest date.
What other quantity of sizes do we offered?
We have 50g, 100g, and 150g net weight.
Is Grunë microgreen organically grow?
No, we are not organic certified. Our growing is based on sustainable methods, and we used automation to improve the yields of the microgreens.
Do we use pesticides, pest control or fertilizers in our microgreens?
No, we do not use any pesticides, pest control or fertilizers. We keep our microgreen growing in a control environment to avoid pest, fungi, and molding.
What are the control measures in-place on microgreens that has developed fungi/moulding?
We proactively monitor the growing patterns. We will abandon microgreen batches the moment we detect the seeds are not germinating well. This is to ensure the quality of the produce.
Can our microgreens be cook?
Yes, it can be stir-fried or sautéed. Click here for recipe ideas!
Can I consumed them in a salad mix?
Yes, it is best consumed as it is. Do wash them prior to eating.
How do I best keep the unused microgreens?
Best kept in the fridge vegetable compartment. This will help to prolong its freshness. Cover the micro-greens with a kitchen paper towel and replace it once it is moist. This helps to absorb the moist from the micro-green.
