We grow our micros indoors. Using this approach, we can control the three essential elements for the growth:1. Temperature 2. Light3. Water
We don’t use any additive in growing our micros, and our approach is to keep it simple and sustainable. However, this is not organic certified yet.
To reduce the daily administrative chords, we use automation to manage our growth. With automation, we can reduce the cost in the long run and improve the productivity level. As a continuous improvement, we collect our growing data points for analysis to enhance and refine our process.

Stage 3:
Keep it watered well.
Check on the water level daily.
After about 7 days, it is ready to be harvested and consume.
