Sunflower Smoothie

A quick spin in a blender for the goodness of the sunflower micros. It just takes 10-15 mins for your smoothies.
Preparation:
  • 20-25g of sunflower micros (Cleaned)
  • 3 table spoon of strawberry yogurt
  • 1 table spoon of honey (the local wild bee honey will be great, otherwise any honey will do)
  • 1/2 cup of cold water
  • Chia seeds (Optional)
Blending method:
  • Pour the water into the blender
  • Add strawberry yogurt, sunflower micros, chia seeds (optional) and honey to the blender.
  • Start the blender until all has been blended (see the picture).
  • Serve in a cup/glass. Enjoy your cup of healthy smoothies.
